Directions

1. Rinse wings in cold water and pat them down and set aside. 

2. Coat with chicken spice. 

3. In separate bowl, whisk together eggs and milk until frothy. 

4. Dip spiced chicken in flour then the egg and milk mixture. 

5. Dip chicken in crushed All-Bran. 

6. Place pan on medium to high heat. Shallow fry chicken until golden and crispy. 

7. Remove your chicken from the pan and place onto a paper towel to absorb any extra oil.  

8. Repeat step seven and eight until all chicken is fried. Serve with grilled potato chips or mashed potato and plenty of vegetables of your choice!

  • 2 Cups All-Bran, crushed 
  • 1 tray chicken wings  
  • ¼ cup oil for frying 
  • 2 tbsp Milk 
  • 1 cup wheat- flour  
  • 1 teaspoon chicken spice 
  • ½ tsp salt 
  • 1 Egg 
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
